INKBANK operates an ISO 9001 quality management system and an ISO 14001 environmental management system. Production is supported by ERP and Six Sigma management practices to maintain stable product quality and traceability.
Our manufacturing base operates 100 sets of ink slurry production equipment and 60 automated production lines, with an annual ink production capacity of more than 40,000 tonnes. This capacity supports both custom formulation and large-scale production.
INKBANK's R&D team is led by a US-educated PhD and former senior scientist at a Fortune 500 company, with nearly 30 years of experience in digital inkjet ink and materials research. The company has built a portfolio of more than 90 patent applications, including more than 50 granted patents. Its research and manufacturing capabilities have been recognised through national and provincial designations, including National-level Little Giant Enterprise, National High-Tech Enterprise, China Digital Printing Inkjet Ink R&D and Production Base, and Guangdong Inkjet Ink Engineering Technology Research Center.
