INKBANK R2R Textile Pigment Ink is specifically developed for high-speed Roll-to-Roll digital textile printing, offering a streamlined, eco-friendly direct-to-fabric process. By eliminating the need for complex pre-treatment, steaming, and post-washing, it significantly reduces water consumption and achieves zero wastewater emission. Utilizing premium nano-scale pigment dispersion technology, the ink ensures smooth, continuous flow through industrial printheads (such as Kyocera, Epson, and Ricoh) without clogging. Once heat-cured, the pigment particles form a robust, permanent bond with the fabric fibers, delivering outstanding color vibrancy, exceptional lightfastness, and highly durable resistance to daily washing and rubbing.
