Sublimation Ink

Ultra-High Concentration Sublimation Ink is exclusively formulated for dye-sublimation processes, leveraging high-purity disperse dyes to achieve exceptional color performance. Its ultra-high concentration formula enhances color density significantly, while the optimized nano-dye particle structure minimizes the risk of printhead clogging and ensures smooth ink flow during continuous printing. When heated to 190-220℃, the ink sublimes into gas and penetrates deeply into the substrate, forming a permanent bond that resists fading, cracking, and peeling even after repeated washes, with excellent lightfastness and abrasion resistance.

Features

 - Ultra-high concentration delivers superior color density and vivid rendering, with rich color layers and accurate color reproduction that rivals professional printing results, ensuring brilliant and lifelike prints on various substrates.

 - Exceptional thermal stability prevents color bleeding during sublimation, maintaining sharp, clear details even for complex patterns and fine text, with excellent dot reproduction capability.

 - Stable formula ensures no sedimentation or separation during storage and standby, enabling consistent printing performance and reducing machine  maintenance costs. - Penetrating sublimation effect leaves no surface film on the substrate, retaining the original texture of fabrics—soft, breathable, and skin-friendly—while ensuring long-term durability without peeling.

 - Complies with strict global ecological safety standards, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, with near-zero VOC emissions. It meets food-grade packaging printing requirements, ensuring safe application in textiles, consumer goods, and industrial signage.

Sublimation Ink FAQs

Q1: What is Sublimation Ink, and how is INKBANK's Ultra-High Concentration ink different?
A: Sublimation ink is a specialized disperse dye ink. When heated (190-220℃), it transitions directly from a solid into a gas, penetrating and permanently bonding with the substrate. INKBANK’s ultra-high concentration formula sets itself apart by delivering superior color density with less ink consumption. It achieves rich color layers and accurate reproductions that rival professional printing, all without leaving a surface film, keeping the fabric soft and breathable.

Q2: What fabrics can I print on? Can I use this sublimation ink on 100% cotton?

A: Sublimation ink requires polymer-based materials to bond effectively.INKBANK's sublimation ink is ideal for fabrics containing over 70% chemical fibers (such as polyester), making it perfect for fashion, sportswear, cycling wear, and home textiles. It cannot be used on 100% cotton. For cotton fabrics, we recommend exploring our INKBANK Direct to Garment (DTG) Pigment Ink or Reactive Dye Ink solutions.

Q3: Will the high-concentration formula cause my printhead to clog?

A: Not at all. Printhead clogging is a common concern in sublimation printing. but INKBANK solves this with an optimized nano-dye particle structure. This ensures no sedimentation or separation during storage. Our ink easily passes rigorous fluency tests (no missing lines or oblique sprays), ensuring smooth, continuous high-speed printing and significantly reducing machine maintenance costs.

Q4: Which printheads are compatible with INKBANK’s Sublimation Ink?

A: Our sublimation ink is highly versatile and engineered for industrial and commercial use. It is fully compatible with major printheads, including EPSON (I3200, S3200, F1440, L1440, F1080), KYOCERA KJ-4B, RICOH (G5/ G6), FUJIFILM (SAMBA/ SG1024), KONICA 1024i, and SEIKO 1024GS.

Q5: Is your sublimation ink eco-friendly and safe for wearable apparel?

A: Yes, safety and sustainability are our priorities. INKBANK Sublimation Ink complies with strict global ecological safety standards, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ZDHC, and SGS. It features near-zero VOC emissions and even meets food-grade packaging printing requirements, ensuring it is completely safe for skin-contact textiles and consumer goods.

Q6: How do I achieve the best transfer rate and color fastness?

A: For optimal results, we recommend a transfer temperature between 190-220℃. INKBANK's formulation boasts exceptional thermal stability, preventing color bleeding during sublimation. Once transferred, the ink provides excellent Grade 4-5 color fastness against dry/wet rubbing and washing, ensuring your designs resist fading, cracking, and peeling over time.
